- StreamDemuxerThe Streamdemuxer tool can demultiplex the Dolby codec streams specified in manifest files (MPD for MPEG-DASH, playlist for HLS ) or included in media files (MP4, fragmented MP4).
- StreamValidatorThe StreamValidator verifies that the Dolby codec streams specified in manifest files (MPD for MPEG-DASH, playlist for HLS ), Dolby codec streams included in media files (MP4, fragmented MP4) , or elementary streams conform to corresponding requirements from Dolby.

Verifying an MPEG-DASH MPD file conformance

You can verify the conformance of an MPEG-DASH MPD file with the online MPD validator.

Procedure

Go to the MPD validator page at https://conformance.dashif.org/, and click START.
Click UPLOAD to upload an MPD file, and select the standards that you want to verify the conformance with.
You can check the information about a standard by clicking the corresponding information icon.
Click RUN to start the verification process.

Results

When the process completes, a green check mark shows before a passed checking criteria and a red cross shows before a failed one. You can check mpd error log for detailed information.
