• Alternating playback between content encrypted with CENC and CBCS may impact playback

Web, Tizen, webOS v1.13.0

Known issues/limitations:

• Laurl needs to be signaled using dashif namespace (dashif:Laurl) for DASH.js player
• On WebOS devices Shaka player loops period playback for multi-period DASH content with codecs switching when "Shaka useChangeType" is enabled
• HLS discontinuities with codec switching can be handled incorrectly on some devices

This is the first public release of SPOTT.
