MPD for immersive stereo content
To signal immersive stereo content in the MPD file, an additional
SupplementalProperty descriptor must be included.
For every presentation in the ac4_toc signaling immersive stereo content, two ac4_presentation_v1_dsi instances
are included in the ac4_dsi_v1. The first instance is the
immersive stereo presentation and the second instance is a
regular stereo-compatible one.
Signaling in the MPD file is based on the first
instance only. For the immersive stereo representation in the
MPD file, the value attribute of
the AudioChannelConfiguration descriptor must be set to
2. The representation must also include the following
Supplementalproperty descriptor:
